Joy is the Managing Director of BHP Financial Planning, where she works closely with BHP Professional Services to deliver fully integrated financial planning and tax advisory services under one roof. This collaborative approach ensures clients benefit from comprehensive, joined-up advice tailored to their individual needs.

With over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Joy brings deep expertise and strategic leadership to the business. While she previously advised a wide portfolio of personal clients, she now focuses entirely on leading the firm and driving its continued growth and excellence. Joy is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, including compliance, training and development, marketing, budgeting, and overall business performance. Her leadership ensures that the firm maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards while continuously enhancing client outcomes.

Prior to joining BHP Financial Planning, Joy spent more than 20 years with a major high street bank, where she held the role of Regional Manager for Financial Services.
